Mr. Richard Dier, an experienced agronomist and field officer in the cocoa industry), is the Technical and Sustainability Manager at Adom Cocoa Buying Limited. Mr. Dier is well vested in the field of Agronomy and Traceability of the Cocoa Industry.

Prior to joining Adom Cocoa Buying Company Limited, he was the lead officer responsible for traceability at Tony’s Chocolonely Nederland B.V activities in Ghana. Before this role, Mr. Dier also worked at Asunafo North Municipal Cooperative Farmers and Marketing Union as Technical/IMS Officer for 5 years.

He holds a B.Sc. and Higher National Diploma in General Agriculture and Agribusiness respectively.
