Mr. Patrick Owusu Opoku, a Chartered Accountant with about 8 years working experience in Financial Management and Administration. He has extensive knowledge of the cocoa business landscape. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with the Ministry of Health as the Head of Finance of the Methodist Health Training Institute. Before that, Mr. Opoku worked as a Project Accountant and Administrator for the European Union Projects under the Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations of Ghana. Mr. Opoku previously served as a District Manager at Cocoa Merchants Ghana Limited, responsible for Hwidiem in the Ahafo Region of Ghana. He also worked as a Quality Control Inspector and a District Accountant at Olam Ghana Limited and the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) respectively between 2012 and 2016. Mr. Opoku started his career in 2009 with the Controller and Accountant General Department as an Accounts Officer at the Manso Nkwata District.

Mr. Opoku is a member of the Association Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He holds a Master of Science degree in Development Finance from the University of Ghana, Legon and Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Accounting from the University of oxford Brooks in the United Kingdom.
