Mr. Felix Awuley Addico is a Cocoa industry expert who comes to the position with over 20 years working experience in the cocoa buying business. He started his career in the cocoa buying business in 1998 where he served as a Zonal Head in Olam Ghana Limited, a major player in the Cocoa sourcing business in Ghana. He became a Regional Head after 3 years of service and moved on to PBC for 8 years as Produce Manager, then to Best Link Global Ghana Limited as Sector Manager and later promoted to Operations Manager, a role he held until joining Adom Cocoa Buying Company Limited.

Mr. Addico holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Administration from IPMA London, an FDip in Management Consultancy from the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants-Ghana and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG). He is having MSc in Land Use and Environmental Science from the University of Cape Coast School of Agriculture and graduated with a B.A (Hons) degree in Geography and Resource Development with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Ghana. He is also a member of the Farmers’ Union.
